Jeff Huggins, Principal, Licensee, of CPS Real Estate, is a lifelong resident of the Tweed area. Jeff has an excellent knowledge of the district and is well aware of the potential of Murwillumbah and the Tweed Valley.
Jeff has been in the Real Estate industry since 2000 and prior to that the building industry. He is married with a young family. Jeff has a genuine "down to earth" country style of marketing, integrity and honesty are paramount in all his dealings.
As a crucial part of the CPS Real Estate team, Jeff can provide confidential obligation free advice on all your real estate matters and would welcome the opportunity to work for you. |

Rani Groves, Salesperson, After being a National Trainer for a major retailer, Rani decided a Tree Change was in order. She moved to Murwillumbah in early 2002 with a shiny new hydrodog Trailer and even though she had never washed a dog before, thought she was up to the challange just because this was such a beautiful place to settle down. Three years later Jeff Huggins sold that business for her and after doing MYOB Bookkeeping for 2 years whilst her son was a baby, embarked on creating Mt Warning Advertiser. Another 2 years down the track, her love of Small Business and Real Estate led her to combine both roles and create a specialist Business Brokerage based in Murwillumbah. Rani will also be offering a Consultancy Service to assist anyone with their self employment dream, to get a basic Business Plan together to then take to the Accountant & or Bank. There are so many Small Business oportunities locally and we need to keep growing the local services and products we offer to keep our community self contained and to stop people going North for things we don't have. The local Business Community is truly a family and Rani very much looks forward to being a part of seeing the family grow and prosper. |

Rachele Huggins, Sales Consultant, Rachele Huggins has a passion and drive for the real estate industry, specialising in residential property. Rachele and Jeff work together to ensure the best possible outcome for our vendors. Rachele started with CPS Real Estate in a receptionist role enabling her to fully understand the workings before, during and after a sale. Rachele is now a registered Real Estate Agent, Stock & Station Agent and Business Agent, able to assist you with your real estate needs. |
